We expect from you:

  • Proficiency in English and Russian (reading, writing, ability to communicate) - Upper Intermediate and higher (B2+)
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Experience in negotiating, working with contractors, partners, working with claims;
  • Confident work with data in tables (Google Sheet, Excel);
  • Advanced user of Google Workspace.

Your tasks will be:

  • Support partners and users: answering to the questions, training to work with the electronic system, consultations, conducting business correspondence and telephone conversations, online conferences;
  • Develop the audience of the site (improving the quality of content through effective work with partners);
  • Participate in the development of programs for partner companies aimed at improving the impact of their work;
  • Check activities of partners;
  • Track statistics of the effectiveness of users, contract with new partners;
  • Analyze data and prepare reports.
