Job description
The primary role of this position includes, but is not limited to:
- Proactively partner with the management team to validate their hiring needs and provide feedback on status of the recruitment process;
- Consistently generate a pipeline of high quality candidates by driving initiatives like branding, creative sourcing, and referrals;
- Interview and assess candidates;
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process and provide all parties with a highly efficient and positive experience;
- Participate in New Hire Orientation.
