As Talent Acquisition Partner for the Swedish market in Swedbank you have the opportunity to:
  • Overseeing the overall Swedish recruitment process ensuring it holds a high hiring validity and positive candidate experience by setting up hiring manager forums to understand hiring and skills needs, current and for the future.
  • Collect & ensures talent insights are gathered to support managers and management with clarify on hiring capacity, bottlenecks, and progress.
  • Advise the hiring manager forums on different ways of sourcing talent drawing from internal and external talent data.
  • Continuously provide input on our Talent Acquisition processes, policies and programs to ensure they are fit for purpose.
  • Take accountability for the delivery of end-to-end recruitment and at times manage hiring processes enabling and supporting the hiring manager to make the best possible hiring decision.
  • Own the input to how we find and best engage with candidates through active search, externally and internally to create a dynamic talent mobility.
  • Create a great candidate experience where everyone in contact with Swedbank is left with a deeper understanding of our culture and values
  • Provide a passion and dedication for how we can enhance our employer brand and strengthen our position as an employer of choice.

Your background:
  • An experienced recruiter or consultant, preferably with experience in building talent pipelines and strong networks within one focused area of expertise.
  • Proven project leading abilities; you can analyse, organize, manage stakeholders as well as implement new initiatives.
    • Potential experience from university recruitment or recruitment of young professionals, of which you learnt creative ways of how to find talent and how to build a strong employer brand.
    • Skilled interviewer with a passion for people through competency-based recruitment and interview techniques.
    • Strong communication skills in English.
