IT Camp Partner is an international company that has been developing FinTech solutions for over 20 years and provides next-generation services in more than 25 countries, headquartered in London. The main clients of the company are banks, financial and insurance companies from different countries of Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Asia.
Due to the growth of the company, we are looking for a Quality Assurance Team Lead.
Team: international, consisting of 50 people.
Location: completely remote work, with registration under a contract with an individual entrepreneur.
Main product: development, implementation and support of payment systems, online banks and other financial platforms.
Technology stack: Web, iOS, Android, API, Postman, Swagger, JSON, XML, GIT, REST, JIRA
Tasks:
- Assisting the team in daily work and crisis situations
- Mentoring and helping members of their team to adapt
- Analysis and testing of functions of varying complexity
- Functional improvements to improve product quality
- Design, management and approval of QA documentation (test plans and test cases, strategies and reports on testing / status / quality, etc.)
- Estimate, plan and coordinate tasks with Project Manager
Expectations:
- 2+ commercial experience in QA and banking/financial sector
- Experience in QA team management as Team Lead
- Strong knowledge of basic testing processes
- Knowledge of bug tracking tools and process
- Experience in testing websites and mobile applications (iOS, Android)
- Hands-on experience with API testing, and experience with Postman, Swagger
- Fundamental knowledge of GIT and REST
- Understanding JSON, XML
- Fluency in Russian and confident knowledge of English
- Communication skills, proactivity and collegiality
Will be considered as an advantage:
- Understanding the software development process
- Experience with JIRA or equivalents
