Chief Accountant at Bosch

-Organization of the full accounting process in accordance with the requirements of jurisdictions of Latvia, Estonia, Lithuania
-Preparation of financial, annual, and operational reports as well as other necessary management and regulatory documentation
-Providing the necessary information to the SRS, auditors, authorities etc. in Latvia and support of these activities in Estonia, Lithuania
-Leading accounting department consisting of 2 accountants and overseeing work of external accounting service providers in Estonia and Lithuania
-Recommendation and implementation of internal accounting processes and procedures to improve internal efficiency
-Consulting management and providing expertise in accounting related questions
-Take part in monthly / yearly financial closing
-Support process excellence and IT related projects

Skills and experience needed:
-3+ years of experience as a Chief Accountant in international company
-Solid knowledge of Latvian and European tax legislations
-Strong skills in using MS Office and ERP systems
-Proactivity and ability to standardize processes from scratch
-Fluent Latvian and English at B2 level
Will be considered as advantage:
-Demonstrated experience in working with Lithuanian/Estonian tax legislations
-Knowledge of payroll accounting
