Giraffe360 subscription service enables real estate agents and brokers to sell properties online. We provide a camera that scans properties to create high-resolution photos, virtual tours, and high-accuracy floor plans. Our AI-based solution produces content that is managed and distributed all over the web. In 2019 and 2020 Giraffe360 has been selected as one of the top 100 Property Technology solutions in Europe and is servicing real estate agencies in 30 countries across the world as well as has raised more than £5M of venture funding. The company employs more than 160 people.
Your responsibilities:
- Professional customer support for end users with Giraffe360 cameras and services;
- Responding to customer queries in a timely and accurate manner, via all forms of communication;
- Customer request registration and supervision according to the team's KPIs;
- Identifying customer needs and helping customers use specific features;
- Communication to all relevant team parties (account managers, technical team and others) for effective problem resolution;
- Escalation of problems to all levels of the organization if necessary;
- Actively take part in the process and product improvement idea generation events.
Our requirements:
- Fluent English and French language skills;
- Any additional language skills will be considered as an advantage;
- At least 1-2 years’ experience working in a customer support related position;
- Degree (or last year student) in IT or related field will be considered as an advantage
Customer focused; - The ability to work in a challenging and dynamic environment;
- Ability to set priorities and work in accordance to them;
- Good teamwork, communication and cooperation skills.
