- You already gained experience as an Office Manager, ideally in a start-up company
- You own strategic thinking as well as problem-solving skills
- You can deal with a large number of different cases and you can easily prioritize them
- You are willing to grow, to learn and to take over the responsibility of setting up our HR & Office Management from scratch
- You are highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
- You enjoy building an engaging office culture

Your Tasks
As our HR & Office Manager you will be the leading force in setting up our Office in Latvia. You will be responsible for:
- Being the first point of contact in welcoming and managing suppliers, business partners and applicants to the office
- Taking care of the incoming and outgoing mail as well as emails and being available to our customers, partners and team members in person and on the phone
- Cooperating with the company head office in Berlin and hiring managers from the departments concerned
- Supporting the team in their daily administrative tasks such as calendar management, meeting setups, organization of appointments and other events
- Taking care of any ordering/ purchasing requests of supplies, refreshments and snacks
- Handling of administrative tasks like vacation or sick leave requests
- Doing the first calls with candidates and taking care of the entire applicant management
- Taking care of the onboarding of new hires
- Assisting in planning, organizing and booking of business travel
- Ensuring that we have everything needed in the office and supporting the team with requests and needs
