Store Manager

We are searching for an experienced and enthusiastic manager who will be glad to join an
Italian, modern and dynamic fashion brand and who will act as brand ambassador for our
local customers.

You should demonstrate:

• Grounded experience as store manager in retail environment, for fashion premium
  luxury brands
• Deep knowledge of local customers’ behaviors and needs
• Deep knowledge of CRM tools and strategies, needed to enhance the store customers’
  loyalty base
• Great knowledge of social media and their strategies to manage online sales and
  employer branding
• Ability in presenting the brand to new customers and in establishing a deep loyal
  relationship with them
• Ability to work autonomously and in a dynamic environment
• Ability to prioritize work load, meet deadlines and specified standards
• Excellent communication skills across all levels
• Customer oriented, organized and with a positive/constructive attitude

As a Store Manager you will:

• Provide an excellent service to our customers and grant them the best shopping
  experience
• Activate all CRM strategies to build a loyal client base in order to enhance the store
  economic performances
• Manage the shop digital channels in order to increase brand awareness and boost
  sales
• Monitor stockroom standards and grant right product assortment on the floor
• Lead the team to meet business objectives
• Diplomatically handle complaints and critical situations with customers and colleagues
• Monitor KPIs and team sales performances and prepare complete reports for the Area
  Manager
• Deliver training / coaching sessions on product knowledge, CRM, customer service,
  brand presentation and visual merchandising, taking care of business guidelines
