A-Heads Consulting is a bespoke software development company. We are helping banks and FinTechs to achieve their business goals by writing cloud-native service-based applications deployed on Kubernetes. We are looking for a Java Developer to help us on a pipeline of our projects.
We have several ongoing projects for our customers where Web front-end expertise is required. We have been using Vue.js and Angular successfully and can use React as well. TypeScript is the default language choice for development. Typical project is an administrative internal front-end application (admin system) for internal users. These applications tend to grow quite large and ability to structure and unify the code base is important.
Responsibilities
- Analyze requirements and build additional system modules and integrations;
- Write clean code accompanied with automated integration and functional tests;
- Participate in peer code reviews;
- Investigate production issues and perform root cause analysis;
- React on system stability and performance issues;
- Suggest and implement improvements in software design;
- Optimize cloud-resource usage by aligning the architecture;
- Perform regular library upgrades and code refactorings.
Requirements
- 1+ years of web front-end development;
- JavaScript/TypeScript programming language expertise;
- Experience any of Vue.js, Angular or React frameworks;
- Modern HTML and CSS skills;
- Understanding of HTTP and REST principles;
- Knowledge of NPM / Webpack toolsuites.
Other desirable skills
- Test automation in web projects;
- Selenium test automation skills;
- Node.js backend skills;
- Web performance and rendering optimization best practices.
