The Role

HyperVR Games are creating fun and interactive virtual reality (VR) experiences for everyone. We are a team of gamedev and VR experts backed by the founders of leading gamedev companies in the Baltic states with a total of 1B+ installs across platforms. Our values are to stay creative, and kind and follow your geek passion.

As a team of developers and artists, we are missing the marketing and B2C / B2B business push that would help the players around the world discover our games. This role is crucial for the current growth stage of the company as you will take part in decision making in regard to the future business directions.

Duties and responsibilities

  • Be responsible for the HyperVR products' brand publicity - build brand awareness and devise visible and effective player acquisition strategies and execution (inbound and outbound, advertising, SEO, influencer marketing, conferences, and events, etc.);
  • Organize and manage B2B business development pipeline (publishers, agencies, etc.), ensuring that leads are appropriately prioritized, documentation is captured and kept up to date, and timelines are adhered to;
  • Manage HyperVR social media presence on Twitter, Meta, and other sites as needed by posting and sharing relevant content and company announcements;
  • Develop compelling and customized pitch, proposal, and marketing materials together with the design team according to the current trends and needs of the relevant social media platform;
  • Support brand consistency across external communications, functioning as an advocate for a polished and cohesive “look and feel” (i.e., decks, letterhead, swag);
  • Ensure website is kept up to date with language, outcomes, and content;
  • Project manage contracting processes by ensuring timely input request/review from HyperVR functional stakeholders (i.e., eng, ops, finance);
  • Serve as tactical liaison for a Product Management team to provide the most accurate and relevant information to help drive meaningful business decisions;
  • Build reports or dashboards that track performance against goals.

What we expect?

  • Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in business, finance, sales, marketing, advertising, or other related disciplines;
  • 2+ years of experience in relevant areas such as lead generation, digital marketing, CRM, business development;
  • Excellent literacy in verbal and written English;
  • Highly proficient with Microsoft PowerPoint/Google Slides and Excel/Google Sheets;
  • Experience with Adobe editing tools and shooting and/or editing video (TikToks and Reels);
  • Good familiarity with digital marketing and material types for different social media platforms;
  • Experience working in startup or game development industry would have an added advantage;
  • Ability to identify opportunities, develop project scope and independently lead ideation and execution;
  • High-performance team player who can work cross-functionally;
  • Persuasive story-teller and presenter;
  • High attention to detail and robust organization skills;
  • A natural at building relationships and connecting with people; 
  • Deeply accountable and operationally minded;
  • Good leadership skills with a positive attitude and a proactive / self-starter mindset;
  • Be a team player with character, high humility and integrity, helping build a healthy team environment.
