In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:

• Educate teams and stakeholders in Agile
• Coach teams in self-organization and cross functionality
• Host scrum ceremonies
• Assist Product Owners by providing effective methods for backlog management
• Remove impediments and roadblocks during day to day work

As a Scrum master you will help the cross functional team (CFT) to reach their set sprint goals, as well as practicing agile ways of working principles, facilitation agile events and solve ad hoc daily tasks.

What is needed in this role:

• Strong knowledge in agile methodologies and driving changes
• Experience in implementing Scrum or Kanban
• Knowledge of Jira and Confluence
• Proficiency in written and spoken English
• Any certificates would be considered as advantage
