Job description
We are searching for a Sales Assistant to join our PINKO staff in our Riga shop.
As a Sale Assistant you will:
- Provide an excellent service to our customers and grant them the best shopping experience
- Activate all CRM strategies to build a loyal client base in order to enhance the store economic performances
- Monitor stockroom standards and grant right product assortment on the floor
- Diplomatically handle complaints and critical situations with customers and colleagues
- Attend to deliveries within day of arrival
Requirements for candidates
Experience, Skills & Knowledge
- Grounded experience as Sale Assistant in retail environment, for fashion premium luxury brands
- Ability to conduct successful sales activities in store and using new digital devices (social media, digital platforms etc.)
- Ability in presenting the brand to new customers and in establishing a deep loyal relationship with them
- Ability to work autonomously and in a dynamic environment
- Ability to prioritize work load, meet deadlines and specified standards
- Excellent communication skills across all levels
- Customer oriented, organized and with a positive/constructive attitude
