-HR process administration
-Realize labor law measures and handle with Disability Affairs
-Coordinate operational and personnel-related staff assignment
-Coordinate suppliers of HR services
-Coordinate activities of HR Generalist

Requirements

-You love to communicate with people
-Fluency in Latvian, English and Russian
-Experience with payroll (SAP) and benefits
-Experience with employment law and regulations
-Coordination and leadership skills
-Experience in field of activity 3+ years
