The role involves controling of incoming and outgoing payment flow and to provide professional vendor support by timely resolving disputes over open invoices and payment condition. As a Treasury manager you will lead Treasury team by setting internal work instructions and policy. Ensure team environment support friendly environment and professional growth for team members.

DAY-TO-DAY TASKS

  • Establishing and implementing efficient processes with strong internal controls;
  • Maintaining and supporting a strong team spirit and positive work environment;
  • Understand and challenge the accounting processes in scope of responsibility;
  • Seeking for process automations opportunities (both technical and process wise), investigating of such and implementing;
  • Responsible to support Internal and External Auditors on request base and responsible to assist in any other related cases under management request;
  • Managing foreign currency exposure and foreign currency payments;
  • Analyzing various scenarios and risks and reporting to senior management ;
  • Forecasting of medium and long- term funding and hedging requirements (if applicable);
  • Prepare weekly/monthly team KPIs report to Head of Financial Accounting and follow up KPIs fulfilment;
  • Lead team to reach set targets and ensure professional and friendly environment in a team;
  • Prepare Team policy and work instructions. Update documents on regular basis.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • Finance/Accounting related higher education;
  • Relevant experience working within Finance field (Accounting background preferable);
  • People-oriented leadership style;
  • Good command of English and Latvian – both written and spoken;
  • Strong skills in relevant computer software (MS Excel, PowerPoint).
