If you have:

Higher education in Economics, Business Management or another related field;
At least 2 years of experience in retail, buying or category management;
Good skills in negotiations, analytics, planning and time-management;
Entrepreneur mindset, excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
Active and dynamic approach to work and getting things done;
Ability to manage stressful situations and effectively solve problems;
Highly responsible and punctual personality;
Ability to work independently;
Very good MS Excel skills (experience working with SAP/BW - advantage);
Fluency in English and Latvian.

We will entrust you to:

Plan and execute promotions in assigned categories;
Contribute to category management plan and promotion strategy;
Analyze the performance of promotions against the set target;
Negotiate with suppliers within assigned categories;
Manage marketing service income according to the target;
Keep up with the latest market trends in consumer preferences for the assigned categories;
Proactively identify improvement possibilities within your area of responsibility.

Compensation:

Salary 1800.00 – 2200.00 Eur per month before taxes. Salary will depend on assessment of candidate’s competencies, experience and skills relevant to job requirements.
