• IT aptitude: productivity software (MS Office, Gmail), logical and mathematical reasoning, analytical skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, active listening skills
• Fluency in English, Latvian and/or Russian are required as well

• Ability to formulate precisely tasks and assignments for team members defining priorities

• Providing support to a variety of clients by answering support queries via our helpdesk
• Working proactively with the team to effectively manage open cases and responding within agreed timescales
• Analysing software requirements and communicating with the team about system change requests and/or errors
• Creating test cases based on requirements, executing test cases after improvements are done.
