PROFILE

Experience

University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or similar.
3-4 years working experience.
Experience from brand management required.
Proven track record of business leadership and project management skills.
Proven track record of working with digital initiatives and e-commerce.
Proficient in performing analysis using excel.


Competence

Analytical, with curiosity to understand the drivers of consumer behavior.
Leveraging consumer insights into commercial initiatives.
Strategic capability; challenging status quo and proactively recommending business building ideas.
Fluent in English.


Personality

Proactive and highly solutions-oriented self-starter with an attitude of getting things done.
Problem solver and a good sense for details.
Strong ability to communicate and cooperate with cross-functions within the company.

Job description

RESPONSIBILITIES

Push the business towards continuous, profitable growth by:

By understanding consumer and market insights you implement and monitor business and marketing plans for assigned products/brands.
Monitors performance of managed brands/products to meet business and plan targets.
Involved in administration of products/brands through marketing proposals, product briefs and brand plans.
Collaborates with internal stakeholders to manage the design, distribution and product specifications and change orders.
Monitors competition and build consumer insights in the Baltic.
Full responsibility for media budget in the Baltic for assigned products/brands.
Plans, executes and monitor all communications and media actions on all channels, including online and social media.
Ensure seamless sync between digital sales and marketing activities
Project leader on Baltic NPD launches on assigned products/brands.
Close contact with KAM/Finance/Suply sharing market/consumer insights, communications plans, NPD status etc.
Analyzing sales performance to understand and adapt commercial tactics and sales fundamental targets.
Tracking of sales fundamentals (Distibution, Price, share of shelf, share of SKU, secondary placement) for relevant categories, and development of plans to improve. Analyze in store and e-store activity to understand return on investment in order to improve future activity.
Managing and developing our retail customers across Baltics.

This role is based at our office in Mārupe, Riga, and reports to CS&I Manager Baltics, in close cooperation with the Baltic Country Manager.
