We expect from you:
- Experience in Finance, Regulatory Compliance, Banking or Payments Industry;
- Have a knowledge of basic workflow procedures;
- Experienced user of remote work tools (1C, Slack, G-Suit etc);
- A critical thinker with an analytical mindset;
- Bachelor's degree in finance or related area;
- High level of empathy, the ability to reach an understanding with people of different views;
- Fluent Russian and English;
- Based in Riga, Latvia.
Your tasks will be:
- Financial support to the Company's service providers;
- Regulatory compliance: invoice, agreement and other documentation generation, storage and organization;
- Statistics creation upon request;
- Part-taking in optimization and automation of processes;
- Payment diversification maintenance;
- Performing risk assessment and litigation in accordance to internal measures of due diligence in terms of KYC, AML;
- Organizing timely payments to the Company's service providers and solving payment-related issues on a daily basis.
