Enefit is the second largest electricity trader in Latvia. On behalf of our Client, we are now searching for a bright professional for the role of
OPERATIONS MANAGER | Enefit Connect
You will play a key role in the Company by
- Managing on-time and on-budget energy solutions installation and service works
- Negotiating with customers and subcontractors regarding the price, volumes and execution of works;
- Working in close cooperation with subcontractors and outsourcing partners identifying their capabilities according to customer requirements
- Ensuring logistics and planning procurement activities in accordance with the service work plan
- Monitoring and analizing the market trends and prices regularly and making the appropriate changes to ensure competitiveness
- Leading and developing Enefit Connect operation team (9-10 colleagues) in Latvia
The best combination to succeed in this role:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction or Technical fields
- 3+ years of work experience in Production, Construction, Service, or Installation field
- Proven experience of managing technical team, planning, and coordinating operational or project type work
- Skilled in budgeting, and negotiation with customers and partners
- Interest for increasing the effectivity of processes and innovation
- Practical knowledge of budgeting, negotiations and LR local construction laws/regulations
- Fluent in Latvian & English
- Driver's license B cat

Remuneration: €3300.00 – €3700.00 bruto + bonus based on the yearly KPI results + company benefits
