The role will hold full responsibility for the products core KPIs: active customers, turnover, bonus cost and NGR. Objectives are to be achieved through ownership of all retention marketing activities and close cooperation with risk team. This role reports to the Head of Betting.


• Responsible for the core KPIs: active customers, turnover, bonus cost and NGR of all the current and future sportsbook brands within the group.
• Analyze and regularly report on core KPIs and performance in regards to predefined budgets.
• Drive innovative concepts to take the customer experience to new levels ensuring that our brands within the regions meet our agreed strategic objectives (the best possible campaigns, localized approach and most complete sports offering).
• Manage and coordinate the regional sportsbook sales teams.
• Ensure that sportsbook campaigns are planned & created on time, financially safe and attractive to end users.
• Work closely with Director of Insights and Analytics and the BI team to ensure the sportsbook campaign performance analysis and necessary feedback and improvement cycle is implemented.
• Review, monitor, analyze and make recommendations for the product development and operational activities within the sportsbook department, including market trends and related product improvements.
• Ensure that all risk management and bookmaking activities are in line with the overall sportsbook strategy.
• Engage with other product teams within the group to aid in the creation of product cross selling activities.
• Develop a growth-focused strategy that provides clear direction using strategic thinking, planning methods, financial analysis, budget control and revenue projection techniques.


• Prior experience with Sportsbook retention marketing is essential
• A broad understanding of sports betting customer behaviours
• Analytical mindset and data driven approach
• Creative approach to campaign planning
• High level English language
