We are looking for a consumer lending expert to become Product Owner and help Luminor to coordinate development of assigned products, ensure effective product governance and maintenance as well as enable competitive offering across 3 markets: Latvia, Lithuania, and Estonia. 

Responsibilities:

• Lead Consumer Lending products governance according to bank standards and regulatory requirements
• Own product and product process regulatory framework as well as product terms and conditions
• Support growth and sales teams to achieve profitability targets, complimenting business strategy
• Identify full impact of respective regulatory (compliance) and product changes and ensure that all relevant stakeholders implement necessary changes
• Take care of product development roadmap to ensure that short-term and long-term financial goals are successfully delivered
• Oversee product life cycle such as market demands, technology trends, and the competitive field as well as drive innovation by working with external partners/alliances to develop products, manage ongoing relationships
• Collaborate with various internal teams to ensure necessary product changes and to improve loan origination and servicing efficiencies
• Contribute to all assigned credit product related projects and initiatives
• Gather information about market situation and best practices, competitors, and customers in your area to be able to identify relevant market potential and risks and be competitive
• Everyday product support to front line – communication about product changes and non-standard situations
• Provide and transform requirements of business to technology for projects development

Skills and experience:

• 3+ years of working in financial services industry, loan products, lending regulation
• Understanding of Consumer lending product management and marketing lifecycles
• Understanding of Consumer lending regulations
• Strategical and analytical thinking, “can-do” attitude and pro-activeness
• Excellent writing, presentation and communication skills
• Outstanding organizational and time management skills
• Full working proficiency in English and one of the Baltic languages (verbal and written)
