Excellent knowledge of Office package is an asset
Excellent English language proficiency
Previous managerial experience will be considered beneficial
Ability to work shift and cover direct manager during the absences (morning, afternoon, and night)
Proven work ethic
Latvian and Russian language knowledge would be considered an advantage

Attending one-to-one and disciplinaries as advised by the Team Manager.
Supervising and ensuring proper procedures are followed during the shifts ie: CC documents, daily reports, etc
Training and mentoring of new employees
Re-training existing employees as and when required
Assisting the coverage of the team as and when required ie: sickness, lateness, etc.
Supervising, executing, and maintaining cleanliness procedures alongside OCR
To work within your own team to produce the required results and to meet company targets
Any related administrative duties related to your work allocated from your direct manager
Building and maintaining strong relationships interdepartmentally (TechOps, Equipment Spec, Academy, OCR, Floor Management)
Ambassadors of the culture and environment within the team

Strong written and oral communication skills
Approachable, proactive, and energetic attitude
High sense of responsibility and attention to detail
Great problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
