What are we looking for?
- Young and motivated
- Higher educated
- Proficient English and Latvian language skills, both written and orally, Russian will be considered an advantage
- We'll consider the previous experience in the hospitality or customer care field an advantage
- Proactive problem solving and excellent communication skills
- Legal permit to work in Latvia (in case of foreigners). Experience as a Customer Support Specialist or similar CS role
Job Responsibilities
- Day-to-day communication with new customers, answering their questions and leading them through formalities in order to make booking happen
- Manage relationships with current customers, giving support and answers on their stay-related questions. Making all the best for a positive experience for each.
- Updating the database of customers, controlling payments and debts, and preparing new contracts and extensions.
- Serving customers by providing product and service information and resolving product and service problems in a timely and accurate way.
- Adjusting client database in Scoro platform (agreements, invoicing, etc.)
Issuing invoices and following up on payment history - Taking part in team meetings and brainstorming
- Communicate regularly with with current university partners
