2nd/3rd LEVEL COMPUTER SYSTEMS SPECIALIST

In its operations, the company focuses on IT infrastructure, IT security and artificial intelligence related software development services.

• Participate in the implementation, migration, and maintenance projects of clients' IT infrastructure
• Verify configuration, install, configure, migrate, test compliance with installed requirements, teach and advise the client
• To help both existing and potential customers to understand the technology challenges, introduce new solutions and help maintain those already in place and works
• Search for new solutions for developing the customer's IT environment, adjusting the customer's needs and opportunities with our offer
• Communicate with clients - IT system administrators, IT during project implementation

• At least 3 years of practical experience in a computer systems administrator or equivalent position
• You have good knowledge of Windows workstation and Windows server management, networking fundamentals, as well as an understanding of hybrid infrastructures and Microsoft for cloud services
• Experience with one of the following technologies will be considered a plus: Microsoft Endpoint Manager, Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft 365, Azure
• IT project management experience or experience working with clients will be considered as advantage
• Excellent knowledge of Latvian, English and Russian
• Willingness and ability to independently learn new technologies
• Higher education, preferably in computer science
