Key Objectives & Responsibilities of the role

  • Perform customers verification and further onboarding process
  • Provide customers with information about the company's products and offer new products
  • Conclude contracts with customers
  • Day-to-day communication with customers
  • Organize meetings with new/existing customers
  • Maintain and retain existing customers by building long-term relationships
  • Continuous improvement of the customer relationship process

Essential Skills and Experience relevant to the role

  • Business degree or related professional qualification
  • High level of responsibility
  • Excellent communication skills
  • At least 1-year previous experience in customers relationship management
  • Fluent in English and Russian, other languages will be considered an advantage
  • Ability to work autonomously
  • To use own initiative, set priorities, and make decisions
  • Previous work experience in a bank or financial institution will be considered an advantage
