In this role you will:
- Provide technical support and advice to Tier 1 (Service Desk, Service Support)
- Create problem tickets for Tier 3 (Developers, System admins)
- Process incoming incidents and requests
- Conduct in-depth analysis of reported issues
- Create reports per request
Qualifications:
- Linux basic administration skills (grep, less, cd, ssh, etc.)
- Practical experience with SQL language
- Professional English with good communication skills
- Experience with Kibana
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills
- Skilled with Atlassian products (JIRA/Confluence)
- Understanding of ITIL framework and principles
- Open to day shifts (Mon - Fri)
