In this role you will:

  • Provide technical support and advice to Tier 1 (Service Desk, Service Support)
  • Create problem tickets for Tier 3 (Developers, System admins)
  • Process incoming incidents and requests
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of reported issues
  • Create reports per request

Qualifications:

  • Linux basic administration skills (grep, less, cd, ssh, etc.)
  • Practical experience with SQL language
  • Professional English with good communication skills
  • Experience with Kibana
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Skilled with Atlassian products (JIRA/Confluence)
  • Understanding of ITIL framework and principles
  • Open to day shifts (Mon - Fri)
