Expanding our business we are looking forward to growing our team and are ready to welcome a candidate for the position of office administrator (full-time / 40 h a week) General Support department 

As an office administrator, your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:


• Managing reception area and welcoming guests;
• Managing the documentation flow, which means filing documents in physical and digital records and ensure appropriate storage; review and maintain the accuracy of records, editing where necessary to ensure they are up to date;
• General office management such as ordering stationary;
• Supporting assigned managers with calendar management, preparing documents, travel and meeting arrangements, expenses processing and other administrative or operational activities; 
• Managing correspondence by answering emails and sorting mail;
• Entering admin-related invoices into internal Finance system;
• Preparing cash advance report for admin related expenses.

Required skills for the position would be:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
• Latvian and English language skills; Russian language skills would be considered as advantage;
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail;
• Time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines;
• Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate;
• Ability to function well in a high-paced environment;
• Basic understanding of how to operate standard business equipment;
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
