We are expanding and are looking for an experienced, motivated, friendly and driven colleague to fill the position of:

CUSTOMER SUPPORT SPECIALIST

We will want you to:

• Serve customers by phone (inbound), e-mail, on-line chat, social network by providing product and service information
• Resolve customer's complaints
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
• Show excellent self-organization and discipline, attention to details

We expect from you:

• Fluent knowledge of Russian and English languages (both verbal and written)
• Ability to work mixed morning, evening and night shifts*
• Strong communication skills
• High adaptability to clients' needs
• Excellent self-organization and discipline, attention to details
• Good team player
• Passion to learn more about world of Finance
• Experience as a Customer Support Specialist or in similar client oriented role

* Shifts are planned on a monthly basis
