On the other hand, working in e-commerce at L’Oréal is to be at the heart of the consumer and the commercial revolution, to co-build trends, but to also be up to date with new tools and possibilities. To touch all the aspects of online sales performance, from boosting the site traffic or conversion rate to building multichannel approach for the consumer, to have a perfect synergy of online and offline experience.

For us, it opens up new avenues for distribution and creates new consumer touchpoints but also requires special strategies based on profitable growth that needs to respect brand identity and image. When taking on this role in L’Oréal, you will get ownership of our e-commerce business partners. You will have the responsibility for the important part of our E-commerce business and you will be reporting to the Commercial Manager Professional Products Division.

As E-Commerce Key Account Manager you will:

  • Lead and negotiate annual agreements with Ecommerce partners
  • Develop plan, KPI and Goals to achieve for each Ecommerce partner
  • Define and implement Go to Market strategy with cross functional teams (marketing, supply chain, IT, sales,…)
  • Identify new ecommerce trends and opportunities for business growth and implement action plans
  • Prepare and present products proposals to future and current Ecommerce partners
  • Handle specific sales events thanks to collected information from marketing department to enhance brand’s visibility and improve sales performance
  • Analyze and interpret Ecommerce partner’s sales report to identify strengths, weaknesses and business opportunities
  • Build key retailer/Salon e-commerce joint business plans
  • Pursue turnover and profit optimization
  • Ensure compliance, monitor sell in & sell out excellence
  • Collaborate across functions to build seliing proposition
  • Create performance metrics to measure the success and conduct analysis and market data
  • Stay up-to-date with market, consumers & competitors
