About You & position
We are looking for a proactive person with strong communication & analytical skills, who could make hard things look easy and one who possesses a ‘whatever it takes’ attitude to do what is necessary.
Duties & responsibilities:
- handling customer questions over various communication channels (NO phone calls)
- ensuring high level customer satisfaction
- working with various internal systems and platforms
- daily interaction with team members and other departments
- reporting technical issues to the relevant parties
We expect
The ideal candidate should possess a strong willingness to learn and pick up new information quickly. As well as:
- proficiency in English (around C1 level)
- German, or Portuguese, or Italian, or Spanish, or Chinese language - minimum B2 level (knowledge of the additional language will benefit you financially)
- ability to communicate clearly, friendly, and professionally
- solid computer skills
- strong analytical skills and learnability
- willingness to help and solve problems

START DATE OF TRAINING: approx. October 2022
LOCATION: Office (Meistaru 33, Valdlauči) and from home
WORKING HOURS:
Alternating work schedule
8 hours shift, including paid breaks/lunch time;
+/-5 shifts per week;
Shifts: 7:00-15:00, 15:00-23:00, 23:00-7:00
SALARY:
- Night tariff scale – 1.5 time more
- Overtime & State holidays – are paid double
- Night shift on State holiday - 2.5 time more
The remuneration may change with the potential job offer depending on the candidate’s skills, qualification and experience. Knowledge of additional language will benefit you financially as well.
