Requirements for candidate:

• University degree (preferred medical or pharmaceutical profile),
• At least 5 years of experience in work in a pharmaceutical company as a medical representative – preferred knowledge of the operating characteristics of inpatient care,
• Knowledge of issues related to public procurement law,
• Knowledge of sales techniques,
• The knowledge of products promoted and disease entities they relate to is an additional advantage,
• Ability to prioritise tasks and efficient use of time,
• Highly developed negotiation skills,
• Category B driving license,
• Computer skills (MS Office applications),
• Good knowledge of English,
• Adhering to the ethical values which comply with the value system of Pfizer’s.

Responsibilities:

• Leading product launch, ensuring launch excellence in market share and physicians knowledge on product
• Timely arranging the schedule of visits and activities for the promotional cycle,
• Developing the area action plan for the promotional cycle which involves key customers
of the hospital’s doctors and administration
• Cooperating with directors of hospitals, hospital pharmacies, people responsible for procurement, in terms of ensuring continuous access to the promoted product(s),
• Organising individual meetings with customers according to pre-established plan and according to current standards for promotion interviewing,
• Collecting, updating and using of any information regarding competition and changes in
a given operating area,
• Monitoring and supporting the subordinate institutions in the process of contracting and annexing benefits related to ensuring permanent access to promoted drugs in health centres within your operational area.
• Taking care of entrusted equipment and promotional materials in accordance with the applicable procedures,
• Providing any documents to the company in a timely manner,
• Implementing promotional expenses only after having obtained the prior approval from the supervisor
