General responsibilities:
- Manage IT service processes and provide consultation to the team;
- Train users and ensure safety of systems, as well as to improve effectiveness of servers and networks;
- Contribute to the internal documentation of the team with adding new information and updating outdated one;
- Support team members in technical request/incident solving;
- Assure information flow within the team;
- Continually develop self-skills and further the skillset and knowledge of the team;
- Create knowledge tests and small trainings.
Job requirements:
- Excellent communication skills (both – verbal and written) in English language
- Good problem-solving skills, ability to work independently
- General knowledge of IT infrastructure, TCP/IP.
- Previous experience with Microsoft Office 365 Suite – Office, Teams, SharePoint
- Previous experience with Microsoft Active Directory – user management, group policy management.
- Preferable knowledge of Microsoft Exchange, Network structure, VPN, Powershell
