The Opportunity
We are looking for a Process Manager to take care of the day-to-day follow-up on INC \PRB \CHG in the PS Delivery Center Merchant & Acquiring Services with a focus on the Baltic region. Your preferred location is in Riga.

Your day-to-day responsibilities include
Organizational Change:
- Produces schedules of requests for change (RFCs) for managing changes to the live
infrastructure - Coordinates the change management database, ensuring accuracy and consistency of data
to produce reports for bodies that review changes, like change advisory boards (CABs), and
for clients\users and management - Ensures that the global change management procedures are applied and respected,
providing all vital documentation relating to the status of changes and minutes recording of
decisions made
Incident and Problem management: - Acquires diagnostic data to assist in the investigation and resolution of problems. Matches unresolved incidents against existing problems, known errors, and other incidents
- Ensures that incidents and problems in systems and services are fully documented within the configuration management defect\problem reporting system, and their procedures are applied and respected
- Classifies and prioritizes unresolved incidents, initiates and coordinates investigations to discover root causes and the progress of the implementation of remedial action, and ensures that investigations are fully detailed.
- Make sure the requirements of agreed internal and/or external levels of services are met.
- Coordinating calls with all responsible parties to drive resolution over major incidents,
advising management on the current status, and ensuring that client notifications are sent in a timely manner. - Doing on-call support 24/7 for incident management
- Keeps relevant staff aware of the systems and services status, to ensure that agreed actions relating to problem investigation and clearance are taken within the allotted timescales
- Participate in the analysis of the incidents to show trends and potential problem areas, so that action can be taken to minimize the occurrence of incidents and to improve the process of problem reporting
- Supervise action plans to investigate and resolve the incidents, including any suppliers and specialists involved, and contributes to problem management policy decisions
Deployment management: - Submit monthly compilation of changes for online deployment, which includes confirming the scope and summarizing the technical\business aspects for management
- Crafting a joint implementation plan for the deployment with technical specialists
- Coordinate the change during the deployment night
Skills we can't do without: - You are used to working with JIRA, Service Desk, and other problem-tacking applications
- You have proven experience working with Microsoft office products; especially Excel and PowerPoint
- You are experienced in ITIL processes (Service Operations) and/or have their certificates, or minimum you are willing to learn
- You are flexible and adaptable
- Besides the local languages in the Baltic, you have fully working proficiency in English.
