RECRUITMENT SPECIALIST
C.T.Co Ltd. is a Europe-oriented IT solutions and services provider, based in Riga, Latvia (EU) with a track record of delivering enterprise solutions to top global clients for almost 20 years. C.T.Co employs over 600 people in Riga.
We are looking for:
Recruitment Specialist who will undertake the challenge of recruitment and selection of highly qualified and/or high-potential staff in a timely and cost effective manner to meet the demand for specific skills sets required by the company. This position requires a good knowledge of Spanish.

Professional skills and qualifications:
• Previous recruitment-related working experience, preferably in field of IT;
• Knowledge of the best recruitment practices;
• Proficiency of the regional labor market;
• Ability to adapt to dynamic work environment;
• Team player;
• Excellent communication skills;
• Fluency in English and Latvian ;
• Good knowledge of Spanish Language.
Responsibilities:
• Proactively source and attract potential applicants to the company;
• Manage the screening, interviewing and all related activities till hiring;
• Attend the most important industry events;
• Maintain the communication and networking with the candidates;
• File all necessary work related information.

Other conditions:

Remuneration:
Monthly salary (gross): 1300.00 to 2200.00 EUR*
