Technical Quality Assurer

We are currently looking for an experienced Technical Quality Assurer who will join our Riga team to work with our international talent management service Visma EasyCruit. Visma EasyCruit has more than 600 customers from both the private and public sectors. 

Visma EasyCruit is a mature HRM multi-tenant application hosted on Amazon Web Services. In order to continue to meet our customer’s rapidly growing user expectations, we are on a mission to build the recruitment software of the future. This mission includes a redesign of workflows, UX and introducing modern technologies like .NET Core, Microservices, Docker and React.

Key responsibilities:

• Ensure the necessary quality level for software deliveries
  
• Own test process, control test scope, and test deliverables
  
• Implement, improve, and maintain automated tests 
• Perform manual testing

Job requirements:

We are looking for a person with at least 2-3 + years of experience with software testing including:

• Automation testing tools like Selenium or similar
  
• C#/.NET or similar programming language (Java / JavaScipt / Python)
  
• Understanding of testing principles, practices and processes, good knowledge of SDLC

Experience with the following technologies will be considered as an advantage:

• Testing frameworks as NUnit, XUnit
• JMeter
• SQL selects, web service testing
• CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Octopus, TeamCity
• Git or similar version control tools
• Postman, SoapUI, Swagger

Personal skills:

• Good, written and verbal English skills (B2+ level)
• Enjoys working in the team and international environment
• High attention to the details and a sense of responsibility
• Open-minded and able to make decisions and propose ideas
