Your key responsibilities
Provide your support to experienced colleagues with the following tax advice issues:
• Prepare tax (corporate income tax) declarations;
• Provide tax advice to clients on issues of various complexity, including the preparation of reports, memorandums and presentations;
• Participate in in-depth tax research (due diligence) and restructuring projects;
• Collaborate with colleagues in the Audit Department and assist in audits of the annual report in tax matters;
• Participate in communication with state institutions and clients, including the preparation of letters;
• Provide assistance in daily administrative work.

To qualify for the role, you must have:
• Bachelor's degree / or a final year student in economics / finance / accounting or a related field;
• Enthusiasm to learn new skills;
• Ability to pay attention to detail;
• Strongly developed communication, analytical and critical thinking skills;
• Ability to set priorities and act within deadlines;
• Excellent knowledge of Latvian and English;
• Knowledge of the Russian language will be considered an advantage;
• Previous experience in accounting or taxation will be considered an advantage.
