Required skills:
- Work experience 2+ in finance (or accounting)
- Good knowledge in accounting field (especially wages)
- Understanding the basic principles of IFRS
- Experience working with documentation
- Advanced knowledge of Excel
- Experience in the programs Qucikbooks and 1c, as well as Tableau would be considered an advantage
- Accuracy and attention to detail, meeting deadlines skills
- Latvian (would be a plus)
Responsibilities:
Wages:
- Processing, booking and control of payrolls
- Participation in the month-end closing procedures
- Creation of reports for accountants and auditors
KPI:
- Calculation of KPIs on a monthly basis by departments and brands
- Calculation and processing of managers’ bonuses, based on their performance results.
