General responsibilities:
- Leading 2nd-3rd level Application Support teams.
- International team management: goal setting, people management, team motivation and leadership, advocate for company initiatives, being a role model for the team.
- Service ownership.
- SLA management and reporting.
- Stakeholder management.
- Utilization forecasting.
- Contribution to Department and Company goals.
Job requirements:
- IT Team lead practical experience 1+ years.
- ITIL Foundation v3, v4 certificate or higher.
- Strong presentation skills.
- Fundamental knowledge in Linux and Windows systems.
- Basic knowledge of Database systems.
- Experience in the support of IT systems as well as in IT operation/maintenance and application development.
- Interest in new technologies such as cloud (Azure, AWS), Kubernetes(-tools) and Docker.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
Seen as advantage:
- Education in IT, Management, Business Administration.

- Experience with DevOps practices.
- German knowledge.
