Job description
- Represent the interests of the company in real estate development projects
- Participate in the evaluation of engineering solutions and monitor the execution of design/renovation works according to the set goals
- Organize the selection of contractors and agree on the terms of cooperation agreements with suppliers and work performers
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in real estate development field, hands-on experience in full cycle development management;
- Understanding of technical solutions in the field of construction;
- Understanding of investment financial indicators;
- Analytical and structured business thinking;
- Good communication skills and the ability to argue one's point of view;
- High personal motivation and determination to achieve excellent results;
- Ability to work both individually and in a team;
- Good knowledge of Latvian and English.
