Manage daily operations within the Quality Department
Develop a quality roadmap in alignment with business goals and objectives
Drive cross-functional leadership to ensure quality priorities and objectives are met
Periodically report the status of quality control and operations to company leadership
Objectively review and qualify product or process data using statistical techniques
Lead quality planning for new product development projects to ensure risks are addressed before implementation in serial production
Develop quality control checks of critical processes in production using charts, statistical data, and reports
Perform other quality functions as determined necessary by a business or customer need.
Ensure quality control and quality assurance procedures are effective and compliant

Master’s degree in Quality Management and equivalent experience of 5+ years
Possess strong knowledge of quality management systems, ISO 9001 requirements, Lean Principles, and Six Sigma
Deep understanding and application of problem-solving tools for root cause and corrective action
Strong understanding of manufacturing technologies and processes and accepted good manufacturing practices
Excellent communication skills and high confidence in stating professional opinions
Fluent in English
