Rimi Baltic Strategic Portfolio Management team works closely with both Business and IT teams to support achieving organization’s business goals and strategic objectives.
We are looking for proactive individual to take a key role in enabling efficient and effective implementation of strategic initiatives and projects across the company.

If you have:

4+ years of experience in project management with a track of delivered projects, preferably in IT, Retail, FMCG industries;
Proven effectiveness in managing medium to large cross-functional projects, including risk management, conflict resolution, and collaboration to foster the project success;
Excellent organizational skills, to coordinate resource, tasks and decisions to deliver to timelines;
Knowledge & practical application of project management methodologies, Agile best practices. Certifications in PMP, Prince2 or equivalent would be an advantage;
Strong communication & presentation, facilitation, and collaboration skills - to all levels of the organization;
Working knowledge of project management software tools such as Jira, Confluence or similar;
Fluent English to be able to work with Baltic and international teams.

We will entrust you:

Planning and management of cross-functional initiatives in Rimi Baltic in accordance with time constraints and budget;
Handling of project scope and carrying out the problem, change management and risk management;
Facilitation of local and international teams in project delivery by keeping them organized & progressing, removing the impediments and ensuring the teams work according to Agile values and principles;
Communication and engagement of internal and external stakeholders;
Information dissimilation about the project goals and progress;
Control of project budget realization.

Compensation:

2900.00 - 3600.00 EUR per month before taxes. Salary will depend on assessment of candidate’s competencies, experience and skills relevant to job requirements.

Additional payments and bonuses according to company’s policy.
