About us & position:
Ibanpay is a Latvian-based company specializing in provision of outsourced services. With over 15 years of experience, we are supporting our clients' business needs in the provision of IT Financial Solutions and Electronic Payments Processing.
We are growing and we are grateful to announce more vacant places for the Customer Onboarding Specialist (KYC) role.
We are looking for a person with strong ability to learn from proven compliance scripts while infusing your personality into this structure. Someone with positive attitude that is infectious to those around you.
If you have previous experience - GREAT, or not - NO PROBLEM, our trainers and mentors will take care of you!
Your workday will consist of:
- handling Know Your Customer (KYC) process - review and verification of received documentation and making an analytical risk assessment for our Clients
- daily interaction with team members and other departments
- ensuring high level customer satisfaction
- reporting technical issues to the relevant parties
To fit this position, you should have:
- proficiency in English language (especially written), knowledge of additional language will benefit you financially
- strong analytical and problem solving skills
- experience in banking / finance / payments industry is considered as advantage
- ability to communicate clearly, friendly, professionally, both in writing and in speech
- ability to work individually and in a team
- solid computer skills
