Job description

  • Build a sales network and drive strategic business development in Baltics region; 
  • Build, manage, and grow strategic partnerships new and existing customers; 
  • Generate business plans to define strategies and tactics in Baltics region market; 
  • Together with marketing team build and oversee go-to-market plan; 
  • Representing Squalio and Google products at industry exhibitions and conferences; 
  • Achieving quarterly and annual targets and key results.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in developing B2B sales strategies; 
  • A strong background and experience in IT industry or with IT sales projects; 
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills. 
  • Experience in working in global environments with B2B customers; 
  • Involvement in appointing and conducting face-to-face meetings with new c-level customers; 
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills; 
  • Can-do mindset;
