The Senior Procurement Manager will join Procurement Department within Luminor's Finance Division. Our department is responsible for driving Baltic procurement activities in all areas within Luminor Group.

Your main responsibilities:

• Build procurement strategies in IT/Banking services categories
• Prepare procurement memos for decision making
• Support and collaborate with other categories Procurement Managers
• Carry out IT and Banking services category RFI's / RFP's
• Prepare presentations to management on procurement strategies and decisions
• Negotiate contracts
• Ensure proper archiving of procurement documentation
• Take responsibility for solving all procurement related questions and issues

Your Skills and Experience:

• Higher education in Finance, IT, Business Management, or similar field
• 7 years’ experience in Procurement
• Experience working in IT and/or financial service procurement areas
• Experience in risk management, compliance, internal control functions
• Advanced English: fluent in all spoken and written communication
• Confidence to deal with internal stakeholders and positively influence them
• Good at problem solving and resilient personality
• Strong project management, analytical and negotiation skills
