What You Will Do:

• Produce defined services with high quality and efficiency in accordance to SLA across functional areas
• Register loan agreement amendments in Bank’s systems for all customer segments
• Ensure monitoring of special conditions in loan agreements
• Process Loan closing tasks
• Execute other important functions related with unit's activities according to requests, bank’s requirements etc.
• Assist other teams in troubleshooting/resolving tasks
• Independently solve issues of mid to difficult level of complexity
• Contribute to improvement of work processes by proposing changes and participating in activities to support and advise internal stakeholders

What We Expect:

• Knowledge of Loan products and loan aftersales/ monitoring processes 
• Knowledge of IT systems within functional area will be considered an advantage
• Customer service skills and orientation
• Systemic thinking as well as thoroughness, accuracy and accountability
• Analytical thinking and innovation mindset
• Strong teamwork and communication skills 
• Work and time planning skills
• Advanced English in spoken and written communication
• Fluent Latvian language 
• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Mathematics or related fields
