General responsibilities:
- Preparation of job advertisements in internal recruitment system, as well as job portals and in-company board;
- Sourcing candidates, filtering candidate CV’s and conducting first interviews with the potential candidates;
- Prepare reports on first interviews, arrange 2nd stage interviews with the respective team manager/lead and 3rd stage interviews with the respective team counterpart in Germany (if necessary);
- Collaborate with department and team managers/leads on a regular basis to identify future human resource hiring needs and recruitment projects;
- Act as a point of contact and inform candidates on the selection process;
- Participate in job fairs and promote the employer/company;
- Assist in company`s employer brand promotion, participate in employer branding activities.
Job requirements:
- Excellent English communication skills (both - verbal and written);
- Good knowledge about IT labor market and trends;
- Excellent communication skills and positive attitude;
- High sense of responsibility and excellent skills in task organization;
- Previous experience in similar role will be seen as advantage.
