General responsibilities:
- Second Level Support for Logistics R3 and S4 HANA modules in SAP Software (SAP SD/MM/PP)
- Work in shifts or participate in a 24/7 support with on-call service
- Analysis of incoming service requests and incidents of our international customers as well as solving or developing solution proposals
- Specification and continuous improvement of logistical processes
- Contribute to the further development of the software solutions
- Development of domain and application know-how
- Understanding and application of customer-specific logistics processes, also in the context of process and function tests in customer projects
- Support of integrative tests by the customer
- Monitoring and diagnosis of interfaces from and to other applications
- Creation and maintenance of documentation
- Close cooperation with 1st level support and 3rd level support
Job requirements:
- Fluency in German and English (each at least C1 level)
- Preferred study fields - economics, computer science, engineering, applied mathematics or comparable courses of study or equivalent training
- Confident handling of Microsoft Office
- High level of commitment and flexibility
- Strong customer orientation, communication and teamwork skills
- Technical understanding, analytical thinking, and the ability to learn complex technologies "on the job"
- Results-oriented, independent working style with a high level of commitment

- Monthly gross salary from 1500 to 2550 EUR, depending on your level of expertise
