Ibanpay is a Latvian-based company specializing in provision of outsourced services. With over 15 years of experience, we are supporting our clients' business needs in the provision of IT Financial Solutions and Electronic Payments Processing.

As our organization continues to grow, we are looking to expand our Key Account Manager team by adding a high integrity individual who can hit the ground running and is extremely coachable.
We are looking for a highly competitive and talented individuals who truly believes they can become one of our top producing Key Account Manager.

About You & Position

You are a fast learner, have excellent communication skills, are a team player, and have a genuine desire to learn and improve. You are proactive, positive, effective, and empathetic, able to easily connect with people of different backgrounds and cultures.

Highly motivated and self-sufficient with a demonstrated track record of achieving measurable goals and creating own schedule.

Required Traits and Skills:

  • job experience in a relevant position, ideally, but not limited to the FinTech industry
  • excellent knowledge of English - you will need to communicate both verbally and in writing
  • internet-savvy with experience in using various CRM systems
  • positive attitude that is infectious to those around you
  • strong ability to learn from proven compliance scripts
  • outstanding relationship-building skills and strong customer service aptitude with a high degree of responsiveness

  • excellent communication, organizational and time management skills necessary to succeed in a dynamic, fast-moving and results oriented environment
  • desire to learn and develop
  • "thick skin" owner capable of tactfully handling customer inquiries and negotiations;
  • ability to utilize various information systems for analysis and action taking

Essential duties and responsibilities:

  • Provide B2B account opening and management services, from the onboarding of the client to day-to-day support and operational requests, including more complex projects and integrations
  • Do regular monitoring and analysis of the client accounts’, including communication of unusual spikes, patterns, and trends back to the client
  • Build and expand effective long-term relationships with the clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction, profitable accounts and increasing revenues by upselling products and services
  • Build in-depth knowledge of our customers’ strategies, ambitions, businesses, technology and operations
  • Work effectively with other departments within Ibanpay and key stakeholders to ensure a coordinated and effective approach to address customer needs, requests, queries and issues.
  • Manage commercial discussions, handle contract negotiations and drive billing/ invoicing controls
  • Constantly studying industry’s specifics and finding new areas for application of company's solutions and services
