Luminor is offering employment for people displaced by the invasion of Ukraine. We are a dynamic, Pan-Baltic bank with a diverse team and have a number of great professional opportunities available both in business and support functions.

You will be joining our pan-Baltic Outsourcing Department in Finance Division. We are great bunch of 19 people and focus on Luminor procurement and outsourcing activities. You will report to Outsourcing Team Lead and, in this role, you can act as expert related to outsourcing processes. Together with senior colleagues you will take a lead role in developing the best practice outsourcing processes to ensure our organization complies with regulatory requirements and make sure the business is in line with upcoming policies and standards.

 

Major responsibilities:

  • Define outsourcing arrangement management rules and environment and ensure compliance to regulator’s requirements
  • Outsourcing process development and proper storage: policy, strategy, procedure, templates, trainings
  • Manage outsourcing arrangement portfolio, including performance evaluation activities and monitoring process
  • Supervise and control outsourcing arrangements and outsourcing related procurement projects and other activities e.g consultancy and one-entry point for outsourcing related topics, educate stakeholders on outsourcing related processes, make presentations and reporting to management
  • Ensure effective cross-Baltic cooperation within the area of responsibility
  • Reporting to and dealing with regulator on outsourcing related topics
  • Take active role of stakeholder’s management to ensure fulfilment of Outsourcing risk, exit strategies, monitoring etc. templates and requirements

 

What We Expect:

  • Higher education with preferred specialization in Risk & Compliance, IT/Technology, Law, Economics
  • At least 3 years hands-on experience in third-party management and/or IT Outsourcing, preferably in the financial services sector
  • Understanding of outsourcing regulatory environment
  • Knowledge of the fundamentals of vendor risk assessment, vendor monitoring, organizational safety and security, physical and environmental security of data environment, network security
  • Previous working experience in cross-border/ matrix environment
  • Project management skills and ability to develop process descriptions and guidelines
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong knowledge of English language (full working proficiency, oral and written)
