We are currently looking for Office Manager to join our team and contribute to more sustainable tomorrow. Your key areas of responsibilities will be
- Prepare and run internal communication via MS Teams and emails seamlessly working with management team and colleagues in other countries.
- Prepare and submit recurrent reports and other information upon request.
- Draft, format, store and manage various office documents including procurement documents management.
- Manage internal company policies by preparing, initiating changes, and informing colleagues about changes.
- Maintain document management site (Microsoft O365), initiate needed improvements.
Interact with colleagues in Latvia as well as other locations and contribute to common initiatives. - Participate in office relocation project, create office rules which would help everyone to feel comfortable at the office.
- Arrange business travel and coordinate meeting arrangements.
- Propose and contribute to the development and implementation of administrative, HR standards, policies, processes and practices for the organization.
We expect that You
- Have University or College degree.
- Have at least 3 years previous experience within a similar role.
- Have excellent time management skills, ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
- Have attention to detail and problem solving skills.
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills (English and Latvian language).
- Are able to build relationships and to adapt to changing situations.
- Are able to act proactively and independently, manage priorities.
- Have IT literacy and are proficient user of MS Office.

Salary range for this position group is 1180 to 1700 EUR (before taxes). The final offer depends on experience and competence. Variable part of remuneration may be paid depending on results.
